The BIOTHOTIC moulds instantly inside the shoe to create a custom made orthotic. It utilises an innovative moulding technique, which substantially facilitates the fabrication of functional orthotics and their posting.

The BIOTHOTIC comes pre-cut to shoe sizes and comprises a special foaming resin, encapsulated between the bottom shell and top cover. The moulding process is fast and simple, and does not require any equipment or special training.

Step 1: Plain water is injected into the orthotic to activate the Self Moulding Foam contained inside the orthotic.

Step 2: During the moulding process the foot is aligned in a Neutral Position. The Self Moulding Foam expands and molds precisely to the contours of the foot.
